Location: Hybrid role in Warsaw, Poland, with up to two remote days per week. A Work From Anywhere (WFA) policy allows for working from almost anywhere in the world.

Salary: 14,000–18,000 PLN/month (Gross)

What you will do

• Partner with team leads on strategic workforce planning to define hiring needs and priorities.
• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process across Engineering, Marketing, and Data teams.
• Conduct HR interviews and expand your candidate network.
• Partner with and coach hiring managers on best practices and strategic decision-making.
• Lead recruitment initiatives that enhance talent attraction and engagement.
• Collaborate with the Employer Branding team to strengthen initiatives and partnerships in Poland.

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent acquisition within a dynamic, fast-paced, or global environment.
• Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and stakeholder management.
• A data-driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategy.
• Strong understanding of the Polish market.
• Fluency in English and Polish (spoken and written).
