What you will do

• Develop and benchmark optimization algorithms for warehouse order batching
• Use real warehouse data to build and test algorithmic solutions
• Evaluate impact on picking time and walking distance metrics
• Handle operational constraints such as order weight, volume, and priority
• Work closely with data scientists and operations teams

Requirements

• On-site presence in Paris required
• Strong interest in solving business-critical problems
• Proficiency in Python
• Solid foundations in Operational Research
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL
• Good communication skills with diverse audiences
