What you will do
- Provide comprehensive, hands-on IT support for hardware and connectivity.
- Manage the employee IT lifecycle and onboarding processes.
- Administer the Okta IAM system and ensure secure processes.
- Configure and troubleshoot Mac endpoint management solutions.
- Support collaboration platforms like Google Workspace and Atlassian.
- Monitor network health and implement automation for efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Internal IT Support or Corporate IT Specialist role.
- Expertise in administering Okta and UEM/MDM platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace administration.
- Deep understanding of macOS and iOS system administration.
- Strong communication skills in English.
