We’re looking for a strategic and experienced Talent Partner (Lead / Senior) who will play a key role in shaping our hiring processes, building strong partnerships with the business, and attracting top-tier talent across multiple domains. This is not just a recruiter role — we’re looking for a true talent advisor and business partner.
Requirements & Professional Competencies
— 5+ years of experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition, including at least 2 years in a lead or team lead role
— Proven track record in building or scaling recruitment processes in fast-growing or large organizations (100+ employees)
— Experience acting as a trusted business partner with a deep understanding of organizational needs and growth strategies
— Hands-on experience hiring for a broad range of roles:
• Technical (developers, engineers)
• Business functions (Product, Marketing, Operations, etc.) — mandatory
— Active participation in professional communities (conferences, meetups, industry groups)
— Strong professional network in fintech, crypto, and iGaming sectors
— Excellent direct sourcing and headhunting skills, including outreach to rare and specialized talent
— Ability to manage multiple strategic roles simultaneously with high-quality stakeholder engagement
— Deep expertise in the full recruitment lifecycle:
• Strategic planning and requirements gathering
• Funnel analytics and optimization
• Improving candidate experience
— Proficiency with modern ATS tools (e.g., BambooHR, TeamTailor) and advanced sourcing methods (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
Personal Qualities & Approach
— Proven portfolio of successful projects such as:
• Recruitment process optimization
• Launching referral programs
• Building new recruitment functions
• Redesigning the candidate journey
— Autonomous and proactive — able to propose and implement solutions, taking full ownership of results
— Strong soft skills: openness to feedback, analytical mindset, clear communication, and influence
— High standards in communication with candidates and hiring teams
— Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment without rigid frameworks
— Willingness to travel, attend industry conferences, and grow professional networks
