What you will do

• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships including up to CxO level.
• Lead multiple concurrent projects ensuring optimal resource allocation and timely delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on guidance for scalable and secure solutions.

Requirements

• Must be located in Bucharest Metropolitan area and willing to travel 5-10%.
• Minimum 5+ years in a leading software engineering role with hands-on experience in Java or C# and agile methodologies.
• 3+ years client-facing experience and proven project and people management skills.
• Strong communication skills to interact with senior stakeholders and manage complex scenarios.
• High intellectual curiosity and problem-solving abilities.
