What you will do
- Own outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, phone, and events to generate warm leads.
- Qualify opportunities through discovery calls and needs assessments.
- Nurture leads with value-driven follow-up to maintain momentum.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams for alignment and smooth handovers.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and reporting in Salesforce.
- Provide market insights to improve messaging and targeting.
- Support events and campaigns to maximize commercial impact.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work on-site in Denver, CO
- 4-6 years experience in BDR, SDR, or Sales Associate roles, preferably in SaaS, tech, or financial services.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple outreach streams.
