What you will do

  • Own outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, phone, and events to generate warm leads.
  • Qualify opportunities through discovery calls and needs assessments.
  • Nurture leads with value-driven follow-up to maintain momentum.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams for alignment and smooth handovers.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and reporting in Salesforce.
  • Provide market insights to improve messaging and targeting.
  • Support events and campaigns to maximize commercial impact.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work on-site in Denver, CO
  • 4-6 years experience in BDR, SDR, or Sales Associate roles, preferably in SaaS, tech, or financial services.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple outreach streams.
  • Resilience, motivation, and a collaborative mindset.
