What you will do

• Own and manage a book of smaller client accounts, ensuring high adoption and satisfaction.
• Support senior Customer Success Managers with onboarding, training, and support for large enterprise clients.
• Diagnose client issues, uncover root causes, and propose structured solutions.
• Contribute to building internal and client-facing playbooks for consistent delivery and adoption.
• Run regular check-ins, product enablement sessions, and success reviews with clients.
• Monitor usage trends and customer health signals, proactively raising risks and opportunities.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in London, UK
• 1–2 years professional experience in a law firm/legal environment or customer-facing SaaS/technology role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
