What you will do

• Promote AWS and other cloud services through presentations, demos, and technical sessions.
• Process service requests and provide consultations for cloud services in pre-sales and usage stages.
• Calculate and optimize cloud service specifications and demonstrate technical solutions.
• Ensure SLA compliance for cloud service requests.
• Participate in designing and configuring IT services based on cloud platforms.
• Maintain certifications and communicate with vendor specialists.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Kazakhstan or able to travel within CIS, Eastern Europe, and Balkans
• Higher technical education.
• English: Free technical English required
• Experience with Windows Server infrastructure and hybrid cloud deployment.
• Knowledge of network architecture and cloud service activation.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect certifications are a significant advantage.
