What you will do

  • Own the customer journey for a growing book of clients.
  • Lead onboarding and implementation for client success.
  • Drive product adoption through structured enablement and check-ins.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, uncovering new use cases.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and manage renewals.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Track record of driving customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Strong project management and onboarding experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with high-level clients.
  • Comfortable with metrics and data-driven decision making.
  • Willingness to work in the office 5 days a week.
