What you will do
- Own the customer journey for a growing book of clients.
- Lead onboarding and implementation for client success.
- Drive product adoption through structured enablement and check-ins.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, uncovering new use cases.
- Identify expansion opportunities and manage renewals.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Track record of driving customer retention and satisfaction.
- Strong project management and onboarding experience.
- Excellent communication skills with high-level clients.
- Comfortable with metrics and data-driven decision making.
- Willingness to work in the office 5 days a week.
