What you will do

• Design and develop high-scale, low-latency distributed backend systems.
• Develop backend components and services using C# and .NET Core.
• Lead design efforts including writing technical design documents and facilitating design reviews.
• Address technical challenges related to performance, fault-tolerance, security, and live production issues.
• Own the full development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and production monitoring within a CI/CD-driven team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience as a backend developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core.
• Deep understanding of OOP, software design principles, and distributed system architecture.
• Experience with RabbitMQ, Redis, and SQL Server or similar technologies.
• Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to code quality.

Nice to have

• Experience running services on AKS or similar container-based infrastructure.
• Familiarity with microservices, CI/CD workflows, and distributed systems.
• Experience in trading, fintech, or other high-availability, real-time environments.
• Practical experience integrating AI capabilities into backend systems.
• Building or contributing to autonomous agents, AI-based workflows, or LLM-powered services.
