What you will do

• Establish and maintain monitoring coverage using Zabbix, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Develop automated monitoring integrations with JIRA, GLPI, GitLab, and other APIs.
• Create dashboards and alerting systems to provide actionable insights for incident prevention.
• Improve alert accuracy and reduce false positives by 30%.
• Contribute to automation initiatives such as auto-recovery and gateway auto-suspension.
• Take ownership of key services and deliver improved observability KPIs within 12 months.

Requirements

• English: B2 level required
• Strong hands-on experience with Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, and OpenSearch.
• Linux fundamentals and shell scripting (Bash/PowerShell).
• Python for automation and API integrations.
• Understanding of monitoring concepts including metrics, logs, alerting, uptime, SLO/SLA.
• Experience with JIRA, GLPI, GitLab CI, and cloud environments (AWS or others).

Nice to have

• Experience with Ansible or Terraform for automation and configuration management.
• Understanding of incident management and SRE principles (MTTR, error budgets).
