What you will do
- Support compliance framework development and maintenance.
- Draft and review compliance policies and procedures.
- Monitor regulatory developments and implement necessary changes.
- Conduct risk assessments and oversee customer due diligence processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to embed compliance in business processes.
- Engage with external partners and represent compliance functions in audits.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in compliance and/or AML roles in fintech.
- Strong knowledge of E-Money Directive and Irish AML legislation.
- Experience managing AML/CFT frameworks in complex environments.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Hands-on, proactive mindset with strong report writing capabilities.
