What you will do

• Lead and evolve the organization's FinOps strategy and practices across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM Cloud, OCI) and various SaaS platforms.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, and IT teams to track cloud spending and align it with revenue.
• Analyze cloud cost and usage data to identify optimization opportunities and reduce waste.
• Oversee the management and tracking of Savings Plans and Reserved Instances.
• Automate monthly cloud cost reporting dashboards and conduct periodic reviews with stakeholders.
• Contribute to optimizing existing in-house cost reporting tools, aligning them with industry best practices and evolving enterprise needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or IT Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering/Operations with a minimum of 5 years in a FinOps role.
• Deep knowledge of cloud provider cost structures, pricing models, and billing mechanisms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, IBM Cloud).
• Proven expertise in Savings Plans, Reserved Instances, and other cloud cost optimization opportunities.
• Strong experience with FinOps tools such as AWS Cost Explorer and Azure Cost Management.
• Familiarity with DevOps and Cloud Operations frameworks (CI/CD, IaC processes).
• Exceptional analytical skills with ability to interpret large datasets and generate actionable insights.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• FinOps Practitioner Certification (e.g., CCFMP, AWS Certified FinOps Professional).
• Thorough understanding of the FOCUS standard, including its data schema and cost/usage data normalization.
