Location: Hybrid in The Hague, Netherlands

Salary: €5,765–€8,236 per month (36 hours/week)

What you will do

• Define and maintain engineering standards for reusable Generative AI components
• Lead technical design and architecture for the NN AI asset marketplace
• Oversee build quality, code reviews, and technical documentation
• Guide engineering teams in implementing scalable and secure AI solutions
• Collaborate with asset squads and data scientists to promote reuse and innovation
• Support forward deployment and cross-hopping engineers in delivery teams

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in The Hague, Netherlands
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership roles
• Proven experience defining and implementing engineering standards
• Strong knowledge of Python, CI/CD, Azure cloud infrastructure, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience with agentic frameworks and reusable AI components
• English: Proficient (B2 or higher)
