What you will do

• Support research and discovery phases with market and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
• Apply marketing channel knowledge and assist in preparing client-facing presentations and educational materials.
• Manage discrete project tasks and contribute to presentation and proposal development.
• Develop proficiency with hirify.global’s platform to translate customer use cases into campaigns.
• Collect and analyze client data to generate actionable insights and support reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with consultants and account managers to ensure project alignment.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the U.S. for remote work
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, consulting, or related fields.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with foundational marketing knowledge.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and manage priorities.
• Curious mindset with problem-solving skills and openness to learning AI tools and LLMs.

Nice to have

• Spanish language proficiency.
• Experience with digital marketing channels (excluding social or paid).
