What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain solutions across the GTM organization.
• Define and document development requirements for new or enhanced functionality.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and end-user guides.
• Support third-party integrated apps and workflows.
• Manage user account maintenance, reports, and dashboards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
• Experience with GTM tools such as ZoomInfo, Gong, and Outreach is a strong plus.
• Strong data management capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of Apex and Lightning Web Components is helpful.
