Our team is fast-paced, detail-oriented, and driven by excellence and accountability.

📣 We’re looking for a proactive and organized Sales Assistant to support our Trading team in Limassol. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic, international work environment and is eager to develop their career in marine fuel trading and operations.

🧭 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the post-fixture contract process
• Assist Traders with both commercial and operational tasks
• Liaise daily with the Trading and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations
• Communicate efficiently with clients and suppliers to manage enquiries and deliveries
• Handle bunker operations documentation in a timely and accurate manner
• Input prices and quantities for invoicing, ensuring billing accuracy
• Support the Trading and Finance teams to ensure payments are received on time
• Enter customer orders accurately and manage the back-office order process
• Maintain and update counterparty information in coordination with credit and trading teams
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
✅ Candidate Profile:
• University degree in Business, Economics, Maritime Studies, or related field
• 1–2years of experience in a commercial, operational, or trading support role (preferably in bunkering, shipping, or logistics)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
• Fluent English
• Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
