Salary: $85,000–$240,000

What you will do

• Define and drive the vision of the sales enablement platform in partnership with senior distribution leaders.
• Develop and grow a data ecosystem to provide critical reporting and insights to management.
• Formulate data models and activation strategies to advance on-the-field sales team execution.
• Manage the team’s partnership with engineering to deliver a roadmap of scaling solutions.
• Oversee data analysis, customer segmentation, territory modeling, and KPI performance tracking.
• Foster collaboration across business, product, and IT teams to ensure effective delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Chicago, Illinois.
• 8–12 years of experience leading Distribution Enablement and Business Intelligence efforts.
• Strong expertise in BI applications like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and cloud-based data warehousing (AWS, MS SQL Server).
• Experience working with Third Party Wealth investment distribution data like CRM and flows.
• Proven ability to bridge business challenges with technical delivery and analytical rigor.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of MDM techniques and data governance.
• Functional experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Prior exposure to prescriptive and descriptive analytical methodologies.
