Location: Onsite in Chicago, Illinois, United States. This position is generally available to US employees only who work at least 20 hours per week.
Salary: $85,000–$240,000 USD (base salary).

What you will do
- Lead US Third Party Wealth Sales Enablement, driving the vision for the enablement platform.
- Develop and grow a data ecosystem for critical reporting and insights for senior management.
- Formulate data models and activation strategies to enhance sales team execution for US Third Party Wealth clients.
- Partner with distribution leadership and GSAM Engineering to deliver solutions that scale the business and drive profitability.
- Oversee data analysis, visualization, customer segmentation, territory analysis, and KPI tracking.
- Build BI and advanced analytical solutions, producing insights that empower business decision-makers.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience leading Distribution Enablement and Business Intelligence efforts, ideally in the Asset/Wealth Management space.
- Strong expertise in BI and Analytics applications (Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) and programming (SQL).
- Experience with Traditional & Cloud Databases (MS SQL Server, SingleStore, AWS).
- Data-driven user-centered design approach to analysis and data management.
- Functional understanding of Salesforce / CRM platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
