Vice President (Asset & Wealth Management)

Location: Onsite in Chicago, Illinois, United States. This position is generally available to US employees only who work at least 20 hours per week.

Salary: $85,000–$240,000 USD (base salary).

What you will do

• Lead US Third Party Wealth Sales Enablement, driving the vision for the enablement platform.
• Develop and grow a data ecosystem for critical reporting and insights for senior management.
• Formulate data models and activation strategies to enhance sales team execution for US Third Party Wealth clients.
• Partner with distribution leadership and GSAM Engineering to deliver solutions that scale the business and drive profitability.
• Oversee data analysis, visualization, customer segmentation, territory analysis, and KPI tracking.
• Build BI and advanced analytical solutions, producing insights that empower business decision-makers.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience leading Distribution Enablement and Business Intelligence efforts, ideally in the Asset/Wealth Management space.
• Strong expertise in BI and Analytics applications (Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) and programming (SQL).
• Experience with Traditional & Cloud Databases (MS SQL Server, SingleStore, AWS).
• Data-driven user-centered design approach to analysis and data management.
• Functional understanding of Salesforce / CRM platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
