What you will do
- Define and drive the vision of the sales enablement platform in partnership with senior distribution leaders.
- Develop and grow a data ecosystem to provide critical reporting and insights to management.
- Formulate data models and activation strategies to advance on-the-field sales team execution.
- Manage the team’s partnership with engineering to deliver a roadmap of scaling solutions.
- Oversee data analysis, customer segmentation, territory modeling, and KPI performance tracking.
- Foster collaboration across business, product, and IT teams to ensure effective delivery.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work in Chicago, Illinois.
- 8–12 years of experience leading Distribution Enablement and Business Intelligence efforts.
- Strong expertise in BI applications like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and cloud-based data warehousing (AWS, MS SQL Server).
- Experience working with Third Party Wealth investment distribution data like CRM and flows.
- Proven ability to bridge business challenges with technical delivery and analytical rigor.
Nice to have
- Deep understanding of MDM techniques and data governance.
- Functional experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Prior exposure to prescriptive and descriptive analytical methodologies.
