What you will do

• Provide customer support via various channels, including Telegram, email, and tickets.
• Monitor customers’ performance daily, including acceptance rate, decline reasons, refund ratio, and chargeback ratio.
• Report issues to relevant teams and deliver information about new features, fixes, and products to customers.
• Analyze decline reasons of transactions and provide solutions to customers.
• Gather feedback from customers and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the company’s services and performance.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Russian, both spoken and written
• Polish language proficiency at B2 level.
• Interest in financial products and the cryptocurrency industry.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Team-oriented and committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Problem solver, capable of identifying and resolving issues quickly and effectively.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company.
