Business Development Manager

Location: Remote with presence in Edmonton or Vancouver, Canada

Salary: $95,000 OTE with uncapped commission

What you will do

• Acquire new customers and manage weekly appointments with potential clients locally
• Oversee the entire sales process from client needs evaluation to account opening
• Demonstrate product features and benefits tailored to each customer
• Maintain customer satisfaction through follow-ups and high-quality service
• Use SalesForce CRM to log activities and manage prospects
• Plan and execute effective sales strategies

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Strong communication skills in both French and English (verbal and written)
• Post-secondary education in Sales and/or Marketing (Bachelor preferred)
• Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience with proven track record
• Goal-oriented with persistence and strong customer service orientation
• Extended local network and business contacts
