What you will do
- Provide remote and in-house technical support and troubleshooting across the product portfolio.
- Perform repairs, system diagnostics, and error replication based on field reports.
- Manage daily technical support activities and administrative tasks including work orders and parts management.
- Collaborate with R&D and other teams to resolve product issues and improve service processes.
- Deliver technical training to internal staff, distributors, and external service engineers.
- Participate in system checks supporting sales activities.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Uppsala area for local customer site visits
- Electrical engineering qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in customer support or field service roles.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in ServiceMax and Cention is highly desirable.
