What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated GUI functional and regression tests simulating user interactions.
• Build and extend scalable automation frameworks to improve tool reliability and coverage.
• Collaborate with QA, engineering, and content teams to identify automation needs and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers on automation best practices.
• Continuously evaluate and improve test strategies, frameworks, and processes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Woodland Hills, California, USA
• 5+ years professional experience in test automation.
• 2+ years experience in a lead or mentoring role.
• Strong proficiency with scripting languages such as Python or Lua.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive technical initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience with Squish Qt or similar automated testing frameworks.
• Advanced Python skills for tools and test development.
• Experience programming in C++ or C#.
• Experience with continuous integration systems like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of content creation or developer tool workflows in game development.
