What you will do

  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel hirify.global’s growth
  • Create and prioritize strategic target account lists and account attack plans
  • Research and build new accounts through various outreach methods
  • Conduct high-level discovery conversations with prospect accounts
  • Collaborate with Go To Market teams to advance new business growth
  • Achieve quarterly quotas of qualified opportunities created

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in outbound SaaS prospecting roles
  • Knowledge of private banking and wealth management is a plus
  • Strong work ethic and proactive team player
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to new demands
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gong, and Salesloft is a plus
