We're looking for someone who loves working with people and wants to build HR from the ground up at a fast-growing AI company.
What you'll do:
Support recruitment, onboarding, people ops, and HR projects across the full employee lifecycle.
What we offer:
• Market rate salary (paid in USD/EUR to international card)
• 38 days off per year
• Contractor basis with full remote flexibility
• Work with a team growing 35% MoM, profitable from day one
Requirements:
• 1-2 years HR experience
• Native Russian + confident English
• Based in Europe or CIS (excluding Russia and Belarus)
