🔹About the role:
At IREV, we’re looking for a System Analyst to help build clear, consistent processes for requirement analysis and task documentation. Your main mission will be to turn Product Owner ideas into development-ready tasks, create a unified documentation system, and act as a bridge between product and engineering teams to ensure smooth communication and well-defined requirements.

🔹Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Product Owner to transform business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Manage and structure the Jira backlog — including task breakdown, refinement, and participation in grooming sessions.
- Design and document business and system processes (BPMN, flowcharts, UML, sequence diagrams).
- Build and maintain project documentation from scratch using tools like Confluence and Swagger.
- Prepare and maintain system and architectural documentation (ADRs, specifications).
- Describe APIs and data models, and collaborate with the Tech Lead to design service integrations.
- Maintain a business glossary and ensure unified terminology across the team.
- Conduct impact analysis for new features and assess potential system changes.
- Collaborate with the QA team to define test cases and scenarios at the task definition stage.
- Ensure developers have a clear understanding of each task, actively participating in sprint planning and grooming sessions.

🔹Our ideal candidate will possess:
- 2+ years of experience as a System Analyst or Technical Analyst in Software Development.
- Solid understanding of microservice architecture and system integrations.
- Strong skills in process modeling (UML, BPMN, ERD, sequence diagrams).
- Hands-on experience with SQL, relational, and NoSQL databases.
- Practical experience with Jira, Confluence.
- Ability to create clear and structured technical documentation.
- Excellent communication skills and systems thinking — able to translate ideas into technical requirements and communicate effectively with engineers.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices (Scrum, Kanban) and working in cross-functional teams
- Fluent Russian and English at B1+ level are required
