What you will do

• Support public policy and government relations strategy across Latin America with focus on fintech, cryptocurrency, DeFi, and digital identity regulation.
• Build and maintain relationships with regulators, government ministries, and law enforcement to advocate for innovation-friendly compliance frameworks.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments, providing actionable insights to global stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Product teams to align policy advocacy with business goals.
• Represent the company in panels, roundtables, and conferences to articulate thought leadership.
• Coordinate with global government relations team for regional alignment and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Fully remote work format with flexible schedule.
• 3–5 years experience in public policy, government relations, or regulatory affairs.
• Experience in fintech, gambling, crypto, or DeFi sectors preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% across LATAM and internationally.
