What you will do
- Develop and implement long-term user retention strategies based on user behavior and segmentation.
- Monitor churn metrics, identify root causes, and collaborate with teams to improve retention.
- Own the entire post-purchase user journey to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and design to create personalized campaigns.
- Use data analytics, A/B testing, and customer insights to optimize user journeys and improve LTV.
- Build and refine customer segments for targeted retention tactics.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience with focus on user retention or customer experience
- Proven experience using data and analytics to drive product decisions
- Excellent understanding of customer behavior and lifecycle management
- Cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence without authority
- Familiarity with customer engagement tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Nice to have
- Experience in Ed-tech or e-commerce industries
- Familiarity with growth hacking and experimentation methodologies
- Experience working with UX/UI teams to optimize customer journeys
