What you will do

  • Prospect and manage enterprise accounts with 5,000+ employees in the assigned region
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline consistently exceeding quota
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets with high forecasting accuracy
  • Develop deep understanding of customer business and establish champion relationships
  • Negotiate favorable deals and business terms focusing on value and ROI
  • Collaborate with customer success to drive adoption and expand account reach

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years experience closing complex software deals
  • Experience in SaaS or IT infrastructure sales with $1M+ sales goals and $150k+ average deal size
  • Strong territory planning and new logo acquisition skills
  • Proven ability to develop C-level relationships and build business cases
  • Familiarity with value selling methodologies (MEDDPIC, Challenger, etc.)
  • Track record of consistent overachievement and deal hygiene practices
