Salary: $150,000 base plus variable and equity

What you will do
- Prospect and manage enterprise accounts with 5,000+ employees in the assigned region
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline consistently exceeding quota
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets with high forecasting accuracy
- Develop deep understanding of customer business and establish champion relationships
- Negotiate favorable deals and business terms focusing on value and ROI
- Collaborate with customer success to drive adoption and expand account reach
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years experience closing complex software deals
- Experience in SaaS or IT infrastructure sales with $1M+ sales goals and $150k+ average deal size
- Strong territory planning and new logo acquisition skills
- Proven ability to develop C-level relationships and build business cases
- Familiarity with value selling methodologies (MEDDPIC, Challenger, etc.)
- Track record of consistent overachievement and deal hygiene practices
