What you will do

• Define and uphold animation standards for League of Legends skins.
• Lead and mentor the animation team in Singapore.
• Manage the full lifecycle of animation team members.
• Provide actionable feedback to partner studios.
• Collaborate with various teams to maintain quality and consistency.
• Contribute to documentation and training materials.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional animation experience.
• 3+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Deep mastery of animation fundamentals.
• Experience with game engines and animation toolchains.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Nice to have

• AAA experience on character-focused games.
• Experience with procedural animation systems.
• Familiarity with animation tools like Maya and MotionBuilder.
• Multilingual ability to interface with vendors.
