Salary: $260,000 - $300,000 per year

What you will do
- Create a strategy to grow revenue across new and existing customers in the Commercial segment.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a team of Account Executives.
- Partner with regional leaders to plan territory mapping and pipeline development.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering teams to onboard new customers.
- Define a customer-first mentality and drive insights into the Ideal Customer Profile.
- Help build the foundations of Sales at .
Requirements
- 2+ years experience as a direct sales leader/manager.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Skilled in managing and coaching through the full sales cycle.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on empowerment and collaboration.
- Comfortable with the ambiguity of an early-stage startup.
- High EQ and exceptional interpersonal skills.
