What you will do

• Build and lead a team of quality control specialists setting standards for data excellence
• Collaborate with delivery and laboratory teams to exceed customer requirements
• Manage daily operations including workload planning and performance reporting
• Design and implement scalable quality frameworks and best practices
• Drive initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure data integrity and reliability for AI training and evaluation datasets

Requirements

• Must be able to work remotely across North and South America or Europe
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations, or related field
• 4+ years leading teams or scaling complex operational/technical processes
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and attention to detail
• Experience in operations, product management, or consulting in technical environments
• Proven ability to drive results in cross-functional teams
