What you will do

• Own end-to-end laboratory operations including workforce scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics
• Lead, recruit, train, and manage data collectors and operators executing complex data creation scenarios
• Translate customer requirements into operational plans and coordinate multi-phase data collection projects
• Drive operational excellence by building scalable processes and systems
• Manage administrative tasks such as compliance, procurement, and reporting
• Partner cross-functionally with delivery leads, quality control, project managers, and customers
• Solve real-time operational challenges and optimize for growth

Requirements

• Must have 3-5 years experience in operations or workforce management with team leadership of 10+ people
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• Hands-on leadership style with presence on-site to manage operations effectively
• Proficiency with operational tools like scheduling software and project management tools
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail to ensure quality delivery
• Location: Hybrid/on-site presence required with flexibility for remote work when operationally feasible

• Experience in production environments, studios, or testing facilities coordinating complex workflows
• Background in data collection, research operations, or AI/ML environments
