What you will do

• Collaborate with UX, Customer Experience, and GTM teams to gather customer insights.
• Build market and competitive expertise to inform product strategy and roadmap.
• Partner with software and AI engineering teams to deliver innovative, data-informed solutions.
• Own the product roadmap and align it with business and customer outcomes.
• Define success metrics and drive progress toward automation and content accuracy.
• Engage with customers to translate value measurements into roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• Location: Remote-first with primary hubs in Canada (Toronto and Vancouver) and global collaboration.
• English: B2 level or higher required.
• 3+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, especially in knowledge management or workflow automation.
• Experience with AI/ML-enabled products related to content classification, retrieval, or summarization.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
