What you will do

  • Drive product adoption, focusing on AI features and automation.
  • Design and implement scalable engagement strategies.
  • Own onboarding conversations to ensure customer success.
  • Monitor customer usage and health signals to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer journey.
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer, providing insights for product improvements.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years in a customer-facing role in SaaS or technology.
  • Strong interest in AI and automation support tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Data-driven mindset for monitoring and adapting strategies.
  • Self-starter with strong relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

  • Interest in consumption-based SaaS models.
  • Exposure to Generative AI and chatbots.
  • Experience in scaling customer success or onboarding programs.
