What you will do
- Drive product adoption, focusing on AI features and automation.
- Design and implement scalable engagement strategies.
- Own onboarding conversations to ensure customer success.
- Monitor customer usage and health signals to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer journey.
- Act as the Voice of the Customer, providing insights for product improvements.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years in a customer-facing role in SaaS or technology.
- Strong interest in AI and automation support tools.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Data-driven mindset for monitoring and adapting strategies.
- Self-starter with strong relationship-building skills.

- Interest in consumption-based SaaS models.
- Exposure to Generative AI and chatbots.
