What you will do

• Oversee delivery function for a client segment and multiple team leads.
• Mentor and coach team leads, prioritize projects with senior management.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and best practices.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships as senior escalation point.
• Establish operational effectiveness through policies, procedures, and controls.
• Identify gaps and manage cross-team solutions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work in Salt Lake City, Utah with hybrid schedule
• 15+ years experience in related field and 10+ years managing teams.
• Experience with RIA, wealth management policies, and client services.
• Knowledge of wirehouses and custodians such as Pershing, Schwab, or Fidelity.
• Strong customer relations and financial instruments understanding.
• Comfortable with technology, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and database concepts.
