What you will do

• Plan and publish content across X, Telegram, Discord, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Moderate communities and maintain hygiene across social channels.
• Co-host AMAs, X Spaces, Discord Stages, and livestreams.
• Organize community activations like contests, quests, and airdrops.
• Collaborate with designers on creative briefs and feedback.
• Analyze performance metrics including reach, engagement rate, and channel growth.

Requirements

• English: C1 level required for live hosting and content creation.
• Proficiency with Telegram, Discord, and X.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, owner-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup with a preference for on-site presence in Kraków.
• No prior experience required; students and career starters are welcome.
