What you will do

• Provide direct first-line technical support, diagnostics, and troubleshooting for governmental UAV customers.
• Perform on-site Level 1 repairs, software updates, and maintenance tasks to ensure system operationality.
• Manage customer support tickets via Jira Service Management and collaborate with R&D teams on complex issues.
• Act as the key communication link between Romanian customers and the headquarters in Germany.
• Contribute to the build-up of the company's local presence and operational workflows in Romania.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in technical support for UAV systems or similar technologies, preferably for defense clients.
• Strong diagnostic skills and ability to perform hands-on repairs in the field under challenging conditions.
• Fluent in English and Romanian.
• Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Avionics Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion in governmental contexts.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German.
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite, for logistics and spare parts management.
