What you will do

• Take technical ownership of key systems and features across frontend and backend.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable, user-friendly business-critical systems.
• Translate complex business problems into clear technical solutions.
• Champion clean architecture, component reusability, and maintainable UI patterns.
• Drive experiment-driven innovation and uphold strong engineering practices including testing, CI/CD, and observability.
• Mentor teammates and improve developer experience by reducing technical debt and automating workflows.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with TypeScript in frontend (React, Next.js) and backend (Node.js, NestJS) development.
• Strong understanding of API design, data modeling, and system integration (RESTful or GraphQL).
• Proven ability to own features end-to-end from UX to deployment and monitoring.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German is a plus.
• Residency in Germany is required.
