What you will do

• Own the UK GTM plan across campaigns, partnerships, direct sales, and customer success to drive revenue and retention
• Run structured sales cycles end to end with confidence closing £30k plus deals and growing key accounts
• Hire, mentor, and develop a high performing team while setting clear goals and cadence
• Align UK priorities with global leadership to keep execution tight and focused
• Use data and KPIs to guide decisions, forecast accurately, and optimise performance

Requirements

• Track record leading GTM in a scaling B2B payments or fintech environment
• Proven success closing mid market and enterprise deals and growing partner led channels
• Hands on people leadership with hiring and performance management experience
• Commercially sharp and comfortable presenting at events and to senior stakeholders
• Data driven operator who builds process without slowing momentum
