What you will do

• Design and develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate 360, Rise, or iSpring
• Create multimedia learning experiences including videos, simulations, animations, and gamified elements
• Utilize AI-powered tools for avatars, voiceovers, video generation, and localization
• Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle from storyboarding to LMS integration and launch
• Collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, and L&D managers to ensure content quality and engagement
• Ensure visual, accessibility, and mobile optimization standards are met

Requirements

• Must be located in Valencia, Spain
• 5+ years experience in e-learning design and development
• Proficiency with Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate, or iSpring
• Experience building SCORM-compliant courses and LMS integration
• Strong instructional design and storytelling skills
• Familiarity with multimedia production and AI-based content tools
• Fluency in English and Spanish
