• Track and report talent acquisition metrics to improve hiring practices.

Requirements

• Experience in talent acquisition in fast-growing or sales-led organizations.
• Mixed agency and internal recruitment experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage tasks productively and work autonomously.
