What you will do

• Perform ongoing data analysis to drive weekly decisions and outcomes
• Explore data proactively to discover actionable insights for company and team priorities
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Finance
• Design experiments and define metrics to measure feature effectiveness
• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor performance metrics and OKRs
• Communicate findings effectively across all company levels

Requirements

• Location: Remote with hybrid presence required in San Francisco
• 5-8 years experience in analytical or strategy roles, preferably product-focused
• Experience with growth strategies in high-growth startup environments
• Strong proficiency in SQL and complex data-driven analysis
• Excellent communication skills to present complex data to diverse audiences
• Passion for marketplaces and understanding of their metrics and dynamics
