What you will do

• Develop and deploy generative AI solutions such as intelligent assistants and RAG systems.
• Work with full data science stack including data analysis, modeling, and production deployment.
• Lead teams of data scientists and software engineers to successful project execution.
• Choose computational tools for research and experimentation.
• Present results to stakeholders and gather business requirements.
• Work with big data and cloud platforms to operationalize ML models.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Chile
• Ph.D. or master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with generative AI, NLP, large transformer models (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini).
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Upper-intermediate English communication skills.
• Experience with AI project lifecycle and cloud deployment.

• Knowledge of diffusion models and image generation frameworks.
