What you will do

• Collaborate closely with ML Scientists to productize and scale ML models.
• Design, build, and own large-scale, distributed machine learning systems.
• Lead design discussions and architecture reviews.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers on best practices.
• Develop and maintain reusable components and tools.
• Ensure scalability, observability, and fault-tolerance across the ML stack.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software/ML engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, or Java.
• Deep experience in building production-grade ML pipelines.
• Expertise in MLOps practices.
• Experience with big data ecosystems and cloud environments.
