Location: Must be based within commuting distance of London or Barcelona hubs with an IRL-first hybrid work approach (3 days in office).

What you will do

• Design and launch a brand insights function to support thought leadership and content strategy.
• Create original, data-led content including charts, reports, and opinion articles.
• Collaborate with data teams to analyze travel and spend behavior trends.
• Commission third-party research to deepen insights.
• Establish a consistent publishing cadence targeting CFOs and finance leaders.
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, finance, and data teams.

Requirements

• Must be located near London or Barcelona to support in-person collaboration.
• Proven expertise in content creation and storytelling with a data-driven approach.
• Comfortable interpreting data and working with dashboards; SQL or BI tool knowledge is a plus.
• Strong editorial judgment and strategic thinking for brand positioning.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across teams.
• English proficiency required; English is the official office language.

• Experience with B2B audiences, especially finance leaders.
• Familiarity with business travel and expense management sectors.
