What you will do

Define and execute the technical roadmap for Generative AI initiatives aligned with business goals.
Design and implement advanced knowledge retrieval pipelines and fine-tune LLMs for specialized tasks.
Mentor junior AI engineers and foster a culture of learning and innovation.
Design and optimize AI infrastructure for scalability and performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions and promote AI adoption.
Stay updated on AI research and apply new technologies to solve business problems.

Requirements

Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field.
5+ years experience in AI/ML model development with focus on Generative AI.
Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Langchain, and transformer architectures.
Experience with production-grade RAG systems, vector databases, and indexing techniques.
2+ years with major cloud providers and strong Kubernetes/OpenShift skills.
Ability to lead projects and mentor junior engineers.
