- Sourcing and compiling high-quality lead lists from databases, LinkedIn, and industry platforms.
- Cold sales to top-tier clients.
- A/B testing outreach messages to optimize open and reply rates.
- Connecting and leading on calls, building relationships with clients.
- Keep CRM updated with lead details, interaction history, and next steps.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to identify and qualify high-potential leads.
- Proficient with LinkedIn and interest in lead generation tools such as Sales Navigator.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English.
- Understanding of the tech and startup landscape, particularly companies with international teams.
- High attention to detail and a systematic approach to managing lead data.
