What you will do

  • Sourcing and compiling high-quality lead lists from databases, LinkedIn, and industry platforms.
  • Cold sales to top-tier clients.
  • A/B testing outreach messages to optimize open and reply rates.
  • Connecting and leading on calls, building relationships with clients.
  • Keep CRM updated with lead details, interaction history, and next steps.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to identify and qualify high-potential leads.
  • Proficient with LinkedIn and interest in lead generation tools such as Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English.
  • Understanding of the tech and startup landscape, particularly companies with international teams.
  • High attention to detail and a systematic approach to managing lead data.
