What you will do

• Take technical responsibility for major areas of the mobile app including feature development and architectural direction.
• Leverage AI tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude to improve development velocity and quality.
• Experiment with AI agent tools to support prototyping, testing, and scaffolding tasks.
• Collaborate closely with design, backend, and product teams to deliver seamless mobile experiences.
• Set standards for testing, performance, and maintainability, and provide mentorship through code reviews.

Requirements

• Location: Vilnius, Lithuania with hybrid work format and remote flexibility.
• Proven experience with React Native and commercial mobile app development.
• Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and mobile UI architecture.
• Familiarity with Zustand or similar state management libraries.
• Eagerness to use and experiment with AI tools and agent-based AI models.

• Familiarity with backend development, especially Node.js APIs.
