TL;DR
Senior React Native Engineer (Incogni): Lead development and architectural direction of a mobile app focused on consumer privacy-tech with an accent on AI-assisted engineering and agentic workflows. Focus on building high-performing mobile experiences, leveraging AI tools, and mentoring others.
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania, hybrid with up to two remote days per week and work from almost anywhere in the world policy.
Salary: 5600-7000 EUR/month gross.

What you will do
- Take technical responsibility for major areas of the mobile app including feature development and architectural direction.
- Leverage AI tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude to improve development velocity and quality.
- Experiment with AI agent tools to support prototyping, testing, and scaffolding tasks.
- Collaborate closely with design, backend, and product teams to deliver seamless mobile experiences.
- Set standards for testing, performance, and maintainability, and provide mentorship through code reviews.
Requirements
- Location: Vilnius, Lithuania with hybrid work format and remote flexibility.
- Proven experience with React Native and commercial mobile app development.
- Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and mobile UI architecture.
- Familiarity with Zustand or similar state management libraries.
- Eagerness to use and experiment with AI tools and agent-based AI models.

- Familiarity with backend development, especially Node.js APIs.
