What you will do

• Manage, develop, and motivate a team of software integration engineers to grow technical expertise and meet career goals.
• Oversee application development, prepare task estimations, and manage delivery timelines.
• Identify challenges and dependencies, communicate with stakeholders, and propose alternatives.
• Provide technical leadership, act as design lead and solution expert, and support testing and post-go-live activities.
• Collaborate with geographically distributed teams to deploy and support engineering solutions.
• Foster continuous improvement cycles to enhance organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work remotely from Aguascalientes, Mexico
• Experience with TIBCO Enterprise Integration Platforms (versions 5.14+, 6.8+), TIBCO Administrator, and TIBCO BW Container edition.
• Strong knowledge of messaging concepts including TIBCO EMS, Kafka basics, SOAP/REST, JMS, JDBC, XML/JSON, and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in Java or other object-oriented languages and experience with API Gateway security policies (OAuth2, SSL).
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD design and implementation, preferably with Azure DevOps.
• Working knowledge of Oracle RDMS and MS SQL databases.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP/ADB/LDAP plugins and automation trends for operational security processes.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux shell scripting and tools like GitHub and TIBCO Hawk.
