What you will do

Manage, develop, and motivate a team of software integration engineers to grow technical expertise and meet career goals.
Oversee application development, prepare task estimations, and manage delivery timelines.
Identify challenges and dependencies, communicate with stakeholders, and propose alternatives.
Provide technical leadership, act as design lead and solution expert, and support testing and post-go-live activities.
Collaborate with geographically distributed teams to deploy and support engineering solutions.
Foster continuous improvement cycles to enhance organizational efficiency.

Requirements

Location: Must be based in or able to work remotely from Aguascalientes, Mexico
Experience with TIBCO Enterprise Integration Platforms (versions 5.14+, 6.8+), TIBCO Administrator, and TIBCO BW Container edition.
Strong knowledge of messaging concepts including TIBCO EMS, Kafka basics, SOAP/REST, JMS, JDBC, XML/JSON, and integration patterns.
Proficiency in Java or other object-oriented languages and experience with API Gateway security policies (OAuth2, SSL).
Good understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD design and implementation, preferably with Azure DevOps.
Working knowledge of Oracle RDMS and MS SQL databases.

Nice to have

Experience with SAP/ADB/LDAP plugins and automation trends for operational security processes.
Knowledge of Unix/Linux shell scripting and tools like GitHub and TIBCO Hawk.
