What you will do

  • Lead product evangelism for the Next Gen Platform including Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau, and AI features in Japan
  • Engage with CIOs and IT executives to position the platform as a foundation for enterprise AI and digital transformation
  • Drive local launch strategy collaborating with sales, engineering, marketing, enablement, and alliance teams
  • Increase awareness through events, workshops, and executive roundtables
  • Collect market feedback to inform global product strategy
  • Create technical content and enablement materials for internal and external audiences

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years in software or SaaS product roles
  • Experience engaging with enterprise IT departments and CIO-level stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with hirify.global or equivalent enterprise platforms
  • Project experience with data warehousing (DWH), customer data platforms (CDP), and API integration
  • Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent)
  • Proven public speaking experience including presentations and event keynotes

Nice to have

  • Experience or certifications with hirify.global products like Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau
  • Product evangelism or GTM experience
  • Understanding of enterprise IT architecture, data integration, and API management
  • Experience with agile or scrum methodologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
